Thomas M. Steffas is an Associate Attorney with Lemmerbrock & Boron, LLC. Prior to beginning his legal career with Muskovitz & Lemmerbrock, Tom worked as a political organizer with several different Democratic campaigns, including the Ohio Democratic Party 2018 Coordinated Campaign where Tom helped to organize the first union for campaign workers in the State of Ohio.

Tom received a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While attending Moritz College of Law, Tom served as the President of the Law School Democrats and earned the Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Moritz College of Law Program on Dispute Resolution. Also while at Moritz College of Law, Tom clerked at a union-side labor law firm and served as a legal extern with the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association.
