Kara M. Howard is an Associate Attorney at Lemmerbrock & Boron, LLC. Prior to joining Lemmerbrock & Boron, LLC, Kara worked at the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, at Pyle Rome Ehrenberg PC, for the Ohio Governor’s Expedited Pardon Project, in the Ohio Casino Control Commission, and in the Ohio Senate.

Kara received a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at Moritz College of Law, Kara received a specialization certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, served as the President of the Labor and Employment Law Association, and served as an Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal. Also, while at Moritz College of Law, Kara was the recipient of a Peggy Browning Fellowship in Boston, MA.
