Brooks W. Boron
Brooks W. Boron is a principal with Lemmerbrock & Boron, LLC. He has been practicing labor and employment law in Ohio since 2017. Brooks has been rated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2024 and 2025.
Prior to joining Muskovitz & Lemmerbrock, Brooks worked at the Law and Leadership Institute, in the U.S. Senate, in the Ohio House of Representatives, and in the Franklin County Public Defender's Office.
Brooks received a BA in Economics, Political Science, and Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from The George Washington University and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While at Ohio State, Brooks received a specialization certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. Also while at Ohio State, Brooks was a recipient of the Leadership Scholarship Fund and was recognized for his legal research and writing in winning the Nancy H. Rogers Writing Competition.
Brooks is actively involved in his community as a member of the Cleveland Employment Inns of Court and a member of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. Brooks also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Saint Ignatius Young Alumni Council.
